Session Policies & Guidelines

Option Selection: When booking Option 2, please leave a comment indicating your preferred option. I will then send you a confirmation along with the available time slots separately.

Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of $50 is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied to your total session fee. The remaining balance is due one week before the session day.

Session Timeliness: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to ensure all clients are accommodated. No refunds will be given for missed or shortened sessions due to tardiness.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: As space is limited and this is a one-day event, there are no refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling is not available; however, the deposit can be used as a credit toward a regular session on another date.

Digital Images: All images will be professionally edited and delivered via an online gallery within 2-3 weeks of your session. Additional images may be purchased at $50 per image.

Image Selection: Clients will receive a gallery of proofs from which to select their included images. Additional images can be purchased at the rate specified.

Print Rights: Clients receive print release for the final edited images. However, the photographer retains copyright and may use the images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless a written request for privacy is made.

Additional Participants: The session includes one core family, up to 2 adults and 3 children. Additional family members can be added for $25 per person. For extended families, please book Option 2 to ensure there is enough time to accommodate everyone.

Props and Setup: The session includes a beautifully pre-designed Christmas set with props.
