Mother's Day Mini Session
Session Policies & Guidelines
✧ 20 Minute Session
Option 1: $150, includes 5 digital images
Option 2: $250, includes 18 digital images

1. Non-Refundable First Payment
An $100 non-refundable first payment is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied toward your total session fee. The remaining balance is due by May 1, 2025, to confirm your session.
2. Session Timeliness
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to ensure we stay on schedule for all families. No refunds will be issued for missed or shortened sessions due to tardiness.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
As space is limited, cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. If we’re unable to find another mini session slot, your deposit can be applied as a credit toward a regular session at a later date.
4. Digital Images & Delivery
Final, edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks of your session. Additional images may be purchased at $50 each.
5. Image Selection
You’ll receive a gallery of proofs to select your included images. Additional images can be purchased at the rate listed above.
6. Print Rights
You’ll receive print release rights for the final edited images. The photographer retains copyright and may use the images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a written request for privacy is made.
7. Participants
The session fee includes one core family, typically parents and 2–3 children. For this Mother's Day session, grandparents are welcome at no extra cost! Additional family members may be added for $50 per person.
8. Props & Setup
Sessions will feature a simple, timeless setup with a studio backdrop and soft spring accents—designed to keep the focus on the love and connection you share.
9. Health & Wellness
If anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate a reschedule if needed.
